EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

LeMubdi has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality or wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette). In case of such return requests, customer should reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it. LeMubdi will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with LeMubdi customer service at the time of receiving.

All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by LeMubdi at the customer’s expense, which would later be adjusted as store credit for the customer, in case the returned item is accepted under the conditions mentioned above.

For our international orders, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges. However, if items are defected or wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette), you may either request an exchange or receive store credit that can be used for a future purchase made with LeMubdi. International customers may not be required to send the product back to LeMubdi depending on the decision made by our Customer Care Team, when processing a return or exchange.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defected we will be willing to process a refund as mentioned above.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. LeMubdi reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution. If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund. A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days after the completion of the process from our end.
